History and Biography:

Lisa RobertsLisa Roberts, M.B.A.- President.
Lisa earned her B.A. from UCLA and her M.B.A. from Boston University. She took over as President of ASA in 1990 and has referred more than three thousand consultant/experts to ASA clients over the last two decades.



Sanford B. Roberts, Ph.D.- Founder
ASA was founded in 1969 by Sanford B. Roberts, Ph.D. Dr. Roberts was a Professor of Civil Engineering at UCLA. He was one of the first biomechanical engineers researching seat belt safety for the government and industry. Dr. Roberts frequently assisted attorneys by providing biomechanical research and analysis for their cases. In addition, he was often asked to recommend colleagues in other fields to assist in a wide variety of areas.
